How It Works
Choose a package and desired add-ons.
Submit a Booking Form. We'll respond in 1-3 days to collect the final details. For events larger than six guests, contact us directly at LavaLuxPicnics@gmail.com.
Confirm your date and time by paying for your event in full. Additional charges may occur if there are any changes or additions to your event. Fifty percent of this deposit is non-refundable.
Lava Lux arrives 1-2 hours prior to the confirmed booking time and location. Once set up is complete, we'll send you a text/email to let you know. Complete set up and break down is included with your package.
Arrive and enjoy! We have contactless options available but would be happy to meet you at your event for any assistance or questions.
Policies
Please keep an eye on the weather forecast leading up to your picnic. If there's inclement weather in the forecast, you'll need a back up location or to reschedule for a future date. Should you need to reschedule your event due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know at least 72 hrs prior to your scheduled event. Your rescheduled event must take place within three months of original event date. If you cancel your event, fifty percent of deposits are non-refundable.
