How do I book my luxury picnic?
Once you've decided on a package, please visit our Book Now page and submit a request form. We will contact you within 1-3 days to plan your event. For more information on our booking process, please visit our How It Works page.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food. We create delicious charcuterie boards with some of our packages and also as an add-on. We also have a list of our favorite vendors that we can recommend to you.
Do you provide alcohol?
We do not provide alcohol however, based on your location, you may be able to bring your own. Lava Luxury does not claim any liability for alcohol consumption.
Do I need to clean up after my picnic?
Of course not! All of our experiences include the set up and break down of your picnic.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you keep an eye on the weather forecast leading up to your event and have a back-up location in mind. The cost of your event is 50% non-refundable. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled event. Any rescheduled events must be within three months of your originally scheduled event date.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Orlando & Lake Placid, Florida area and have plenty of beautiful location options to recommend. If you'd like your picnic outside of those areas, we charge a small travel fee.
How far in advance should I book my picnic?
We recommend booking as far out as possible to secure your desired date.
How many people can a luxury picnic accommodate?
Intimacy is important to us. Our luxury picnics can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time.
